3. How do I make a payment for purchases on Alosra Online?

Alosra Online offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your method of payment online, you can rest assured that our payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

4. Are there any other charges for my purchase?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on our site. The prices listed for all the items are final. Upon checkout you would be able see the total amount against your purchase, inclusive of all charges.

5. How do I pay using a credit card?

We accept all VISA and MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). Upon checkout, you will have to select the credit card payment method. After you enter your card information and click Checkout Securely , we will securely send request to the gateway for authorisation. On successful transaction, you will be redirected to order success page.

To help faster checkout we also provide you an option to tokenize your card details. Using this avoids the hassle of entering your card details every single time. Tokens are issued by the payment gateway and substitutes sensitive customer data with a one-time alphanumeric ID that has no value or connection to the account’s owner. These tokens are only readable by the payment processor.

6.How do I pay using a debit card?

We accept the debit cards from the following banks.To pay using your debit card you will need your card number, expiration date, cardholder’s name and your pin number. You will have to select the debit option on the payment information section upon checkout. When you click to place your order on the order review section, you would be redirected to the secure payment portal to enter your details. Alosra Online does not store any of your card information.

7.Do you offer payment on delivery?

Yes we do. If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Pay on Delivery payment method during checkout. With this option, you are able to pay for the items when they are delivered to your doorstep. No advance payment is required. You will have to select the Cash on Delivery option on the payment information section upon checkout. You can even pay with your credit or debit card on delivery! There are no extra charges for this service.
