Alosra Circle is a free loyalty programme that offers convenience and personalisation to our customers. In this app-based programme, you can earn points every time you make a purchase from Alosra supermarket, whether in-store or online. These points can then be redeemed as discounts on your bill.

Alosra circle is free to join by visiting alosraonline.com/alosracircle or through the Alosra App.

Points will appear in your account automatically after you make a purchase.

Alosra Circle points will expire if you have not redeemed them for six months. Keep in mind, that you could possibly get downgraded to a lower tier if you don’t maintain your spending and earn points for six months. However, downgrade to a lower tier will only happen after the 12 months from signing up to the programme. Upgrades will be automatic during this period and you are able to move up tiers. All customers who opt in to Alosra Circle will have first one year as an upgrade period in order to earn points, with no review happening during this period. However, at the end of the first year, a review will be done after 6 months where you may get downgraded to a lower tier if you don’t maintain your spending/earning.

You can sign up for Alosra Circle either by visiting alosraonline.com/alosracircle or through the account tab in the Alosra App.

There will not be a physical Alosra Circle card. To be more environmentally conscious, your Alosra Circle experience will be entirely digital using the mobile app, with a barcode you can get scanned at checkout to redeem points.

The Privilege programme will not be accepting new joiners, and those already in the programme can opt to join the Alosra Circle, while will un-register them from the Privilege programme. The Privilege programme is planned to be phased out by the end of 2022. The only loyalty programme for Alosra supermarket will be the Alosra Circle starting in 2023.

By joining Alosra Circle you will receive personalised communications, benefits, and savings. These communications may include email, SMS, and app notifications. The frequency and method may vary depending on the nature of the communication.

Points redemption can take place once you accumulate a minimum 50 points in your account.

Alosra Circle Exclusive offers discounts on select items per week that are specifically catered only to the Alosra Circle Members. The selected items and categories will be seasonally based and will vary from month to month.

Alosra Circle Members will have specific promotions sent out via SMS, Email and/or in-app notifications to them based on their shopping experience at Alosra Supermarket, and all Alosra Circle Members are eligible for the Alosra Circle Exclusive.

Depending on your tier, every BD 1 (excluding VAT) you spend at Alosra will add points to your rewards dashboard. Points can be redeemed once you collect a minimum of 50 points. You can then redeem your Alosra Circle rewards by applying them to a purchase, in-stores or online. Get notified on offers and discounts. Enjoy exclusive benefits on your birthday. Points are earned for every BD 1 (excluding VAT) spent at Alosra. Each point equates to 20 fils. Points redemption can take place once you accumulate at least 50 points in their account, which comes out to BD 1.
