Stay-at-Home Guacamole & Salsa

Ingredients

• 1/2 a small red onion diced
• 3 ripe avocados
• 2 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander
• 2 limes juiced
• Salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• 3/4 teaspoon salt

Steps

1. Guacamole

    

   Destone the avocados and mash them roughly. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes and jalapenos. Mix everything well. Add in the coriander and lime juice. Season with salt and serve.

2. Salsa

    

   Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. You can add a little diced pineapple or mango for some sweetness.

   Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
