Chef Susy's Asian Poached Salmon

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• Honey
• 1 tbs Rice vinegar
• Quinoa
• Brown Rice
• Sesame Seeds
• Oil
• 1 tbs Ginger, grated
• 1 stalk Lemongrass, crushed
• Lime
• Baby asparagus

Steps

1. Prepare the poaching liquid by adding the following into a saucepan with 1/2 lt. of water, Bring to a boil and let cook/infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 3 minutes, Remove from the stove and let it cool down for 5 minutes.

3. Serve the fish with steamed or garlic rice and steamed baby asparagus, Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed and enjoy!

   It is so moist and juicy you will not need any sauce!
